How to make a resume that gets read

Questions, answered
Is my resume uploaded to PromptUp?
No. The resume is built by JavaScript inside your browser and the PDF is saved straight to your device. Nothing you type is sent to PromptUp or to any AI service.
Where is my draft saved?
If “Save draft on this device” is ticked, your draft is kept in this browser’s local storage so it is still there when you come back. Untick it, or press “Clear my data”, to delete it. On a shared or public computer, clear it before you leave.
Is the PDF ATS-friendly?
Yes. The PDF uses real, selectable text in a single column with standard section headings (Summary, Experience, Education, Skills), which applicant tracking systems read reliably. There are no tables, text boxes or images.
Why does the download not start on my phone?
Browsers built into apps such as WhatsApp, Instagram or LinkedIn often block downloads. Open this page in Chrome or Safari and try again. On iPhone the PDF may open in a new tab; tap Share, then Save to Files.
Can I write my resume in Hindi or another script?
Not yet. The PDF uses standard fonts that cover English and Western European letters such as é and ü. The builder warns you if it finds characters it cannot print.
