Report an ad

If you see an ad on PromptUp that is misleading, offensive or looks like a scam, email [email protected] with the address of the page and, if you can, a screenshot or the address the ad links to. We will block it.

What to include in a bug report

The address of the page, what you did, what you expected and what happened instead, and your device and browser (for example "Android phone, Chrome"). A screenshot helps. Please do not send your resume or other private documents: the tools run in your browser, so we never need them.

Who you are writing to

PromptUp is run by the PromptUp team in India, a small team. We read every email; a reply can take a few days.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give support for Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney or any other AI tool. Please contact the company behind the tool for that.

Before you write: quick answers

Some questions come up often, and the answer is already on the site:

• A prompt gives a poor result. AI tools give a different answer each time, so run it again first. If it still goes wrong, the “Get a better result” notes on the prompt’s own page list the usual problems, and the prompt guide explains how to adjust any prompt. If the prompt itself has a mistake, tell us which one.
• You want a prompt you submitted taken down. Email us with the prompt’s title and the name you used when you sent it, and we will remove it.
• You are worried about your resume or photos. The Resume Builder runs in your browser and does not upload your resume, and PromptUp never receives the photos you upload to an AI tool. The Privacy Policy explains what is and is not collected.
• You cannot find a prompt you used before. Try site search (press Ctrl+K or Cmd+K), or open Saved prompts if you saved it on this device.

Corrections and feedback on guides

If a guide or blog post says something that is wrong or out of date, for example a tool feature that has changed, email us with the address of the page and the sentence you mean. A link to the tool’s own announcement or help page helps us check it quickly. We check it against the source and correct the page.

Partnerships and press

For a partnership, a press question or a request to feature a PromptUp prompt, email [email protected] with a short description of what you have in mind. Please include your name, the company or publication you are writing for and any deadline.
