Guru Nanak Jayanti 2026: date and what to write

Guru Nanak Jayanti, also called Gurpurab or Prakash Purab, falls on Tuesday 24 November 2026. It marks the birth of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the first Sikh Guru, and is celebrated with prabhat pheris at dawn, kirtan, nagar kirtan processions and langar in gurdwaras.
