What you will get

You in a mid-twirl Navratri portrait: a colourful traditional outfit with jewellery, glowing dandiya sticks, festive lights and blurred dancers behind you, with a joyful expression. Your face stays as in the photo.

Common mistake

The outfit is a generic mix of styles, not a real garba look.

Fix: Describe it exactly, for example “a Gujarati chaniya choli with mirror work and a bandhani dupatta, silver oxidised jewellery”. For men use the kediyu with a turban.

Also watch for

The dandiya sticks are one stick, odd lengths or fused to the hands. Ask for “a pair of decorated dandiya sticks, one in each hand, held naturally at waist height”, and check the fingers.
Motion blur smears your face along with the skirt. Say “my face is sharp and still, only the skirt and the dancers behind me have motion blur”.

Try a variation: profile close-up

Ask for “a close-up from the chest up, the lights as soft bokeh behind me, the jewellery and dupatta visible”. A tighter crop reads better as a small profile picture.

Keep my face sharp and unchanged, give me a pair of decorated dandiya sticks, one in each hand, and blur only the dancers behind me.
