What you will get

A bright, joyful portrait of you at a college fest in a festival-style outfit, with a coloured bandana and face-paint stripes, colourful lights and banners behind and a candid, energetic feel.

Why it works

A fest portrait needs energy, so the prompt asks for a dynamic pose, candid style and bright light rather than a posed headshot. The coloured bandana and face-paint stripes are small, specific props that say festival without hiding your face. Lights and banners in the background set the scene, and adding a theme, as the tip suggests, gives them a shared look. Keeping your face first matters here, because busy colourful scenes tempt the model to restyle everything.

Common mistake

The theme is vague, so the scene is random.

Fix: Name one theme such as neon night or cultural day, as the tip says.

Also watch for

The face paint covers your face. Say “thin stripes on the cheeks only, features fully visible”.
Banners show fake or odd text. Ask for “blank banners and abstract colour” and add real names later in an editor.

Try a variation: make a group version

Use a group photo of friends who agreed and ask for matching bandanas and stripes in the same scene.

Keep the energy. Add confetti in the air and brighten the stage lights behind me.
