What you will get

A calm macro of an orb web covered in dew, sparkling in golden sunrise backlight, trembling in a light breeze, with a spider resting at the centre and a soft green background.

Why it works

Dew on a web is all about light, so the prompt puts the sunrise behind the web, which makes each drop sparkle. A light breeze adds a gentle tremble, and a spider resting at the centre gives the frame a focal point. A soft green background keeps the delicate threads visible.

Common mistake

The web pattern changes as it moves.

Fix: Ask for a very light breeze and a still camera, so the web only sways slightly.

Also watch for
  • The spider has the wrong number of legs. Keep the spider small and still, and check it frame by frame. Regenerate if the legs look wrong.
  • The drops do not sparkle. Ask for the sun behind the web, as the tip says, with each drop catching a point of light.
Try a variation: make it frosty

Ask for frost crystals on the web instead of dew, on a cold winter morning with pale light.

Still not right? Add this and run it again

warm gold sunrise backlight, every dew drop glowing, the web trembling gently
