A heart-warming clip of lion cubs wrestling and tumbling in golden savannah grass, one pouncing on the other’s tail, their mother watching nearby, with dust and seeds drifting in warm late afternoon light.
A low camera puts the viewer down in the grass with the cubs, which makes the play feel close. Golden light and drifting seeds give warmth and texture. The mother in the background adds a sense of safety, so the clip stays heart-warming rather than tense.
The cubs look like house kittens.
Fix: Ask for big paws, round ears and faint spots on their coats, which young lions have.
- The mother is missing or looks fierce. Keep her lying calmly in the background, watching, so the scene stays gentle.
- The camera looks down from above. Keep the camera low to the ground, as the tip says, at the cubs’ eye level.
Ask for the cubs tiring out and falling asleep against their mother as the sun sets.
