Establishing shots set the world, so the prompt keeps the camera wide and moving slowly. A herd wading through a misty valley, small dinosaurs in ferns and pterosaurs overhead fill different layers. A smoking volcano and golden light add drama.
Dinosaurs merge into each other.
Fix: Ask for a small herd of four or five, spaced apart, and keep the camera at a distance, as the tip says.
- Fast movement breaks the bodies. Ask for slow wading and a slow crane move, with no running.
- It is used to teach facts. Treat it as fantasy. Animals from different periods may appear together, so do not use it as a science lesson.
Ask for dark clouds rolling in, the herd moving away and lightning over the volcano.
a deep distant call echoing across the valley, the herd pausing to lift their heads
